EMC Documentum® ApplicationXtender Integration Module (AXIM) delivers an unsurpassed, image-enabling technology that allows virtually any business application to easily and seamlessly integrate with the EMC Document ApplicationXtender content management solution without programming. With this innovative solution, knowledge workers can retrieve business documents and information from the ApplicationXtender repository without leaving their desktop business systems. Because employees can access information quickly and easily, they can use that information to empower decisions and customer service related activities. End user access capabilities and options include traditional hot-key activation of the retrieval/look-up request, innovative floating icon drop-target and voice-activated requests.

"Out-of-the-box" document imaging installs provide customers with a limited solution, foregoing the added benefit of integrated, rapid access to mission-critical business information. Seamless access to documents and information enables an organization to improve its customer service and streamline its business workflow.

The PeelleLink module allows users to quickly and easily access documents and other information directly from their desktop by transparently image-enabling any Microsoft Windows-based application. Digital images may be retrieved from a customer's document repository at the press of a button.

PeelleLink has been integrated with several leading document storage applications, including LaserFiche and EMC/Documentum's Xtender Suite. It is easy to install, configure and deploy, providing up to 48 different hot-key combinations and at least 3 distinct searching options.
