WebLink’s secure, dynamic web publishing helps you provide platform-independent archive access, enhance service, save staff hours and integrate document access with your existing Web site. With WebLink, scanned and archived documents can appear instantly on the Web without the need for file conversions or HTML programming. The electronic courier takes on the role of publisher and dynamically transforms documents into Web pages. You can match the look and feel of your existing site by customizing Laserfiche WebLink. Easily modify the graphics, fonts, buttons, wallpaper and text to meet your design criteria.

Let users search for documents themselves using an integrated, web-based search engine. They can view and print the results, or browse through folders and select documents by name. All documents are secure with the ability to redact portions. The public never comes in direct contact with the original files, nor can they modify text or images.

WebAccess

The document management thin client helps balance security and accessibility, deploys quickly and cost-effectively, minimizes software installation and maintenance. Its Web-browser-based interface delivers interactive document management access. Its document management repository serves a great number of authorized users without demanding software installation and upgrades on a large scale.

WebXtender

WebXtender provides easy Web access to ApplicationXtender anytime, anywhere, inside and outside of the organization, as you authorize it. It eliminates the need to install client software on every corporate workstation, while enabling collaboration with remote employees or business partners such as in an e-marketplace. E-commerce activities, such as electronic bill presentment or electronic cataloging, are also enabled.

WebXtender leverages existing Web infrastructure standards and can be used with commercially available browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. WebXtender also features configurable ASP pages that can be customized to integrate into your existing Web presence.

You acquire a full range of display and processing functionality, such as wildcard and range searches, annotations, redaction and thumbnails. Remote users can also actively participate in collaborations and management of critical business information.

WebXtender incorporates ApplicationXtender's extensive security model. Authenticated users are granted all application and document level privileges through WebXtender that they would have through ApplicationXtender.
