Laserfiche Plus Plug-In

Laserfiche Plus publishes enterprise information to CDs with integrated search and viewing capabilities. This allows portable access on PCs and notebooks without installing the Laserfiche network client. CDs offer simplified distribution without the cost and inefficiency of paper-based distribution. Laserfiche Plus CDs can be distributed to mobile staff, remote offices and clients on a royalty-free basis.

Archiving to CD is also a key aspect of disaster recovery planning. Data volumes backed up on CD can reconstruct damaged or destroyed information repositories, while the integrated search engine and viewer provide immediate access even while other network resources remain offline.

For regulated industries such as financial services, CD publishing delivers accessible but unalterable document storage - key to SEC and NASD recordkeeping compliance and regulations.

ReportXtender

ReportXtender brings content to you when you need access - especially when Web connectivity isn't available.

ReportXtender is a simple, intuitive extraction wizard which allows you to ApplicationXtender content to be included on storage media. Depending on your specific needs, the index and content can be placed on single CD-ROM media or span multiple media. ReportXtender is independent of CD authoring hardware and software allowing you to select what best meets your needs. Access easy-to-use, read-only information on CD-ROM with the ReportXtender content viewer's keyword search and retrieval. Retrieve content on any Windows-based computer with a CD-ROM drive or view content on ROM media using your ApplicationXtender desktop client.

Import content from media to ApplicationXtender. The optional reintegration wizards arrange your index and content from a ReportXtender created CD-ROM to ApplicationXtender. Use and manage reintegrated content directly in ApplicationXtender as simply as if it were generated natively. You can share content between different ApplicationXtender instances, facilitating data transfer and sharing between business partners, suppliers, vendors or other third parties.

ReportXtender has flexible licensing. Purchase only the number of CDs you expect to create and expand later as needed. A simple, electronic process lets you add to the CD count - no waiting for new software or hardware shipments. If you upgrade from the previous version, you retain the CD count remaining on your current license.
