Quick Fields

Laserfiche® Quick Fields is an efficient, enterprise-class document processing solution. Quick Fields is able to easily streamline batch processing, automate document sorting and indexing as well as eliminate manual data entry errors and reduce manual indexing labor costs with automatic OCR. It provides intelligent search for instant document retrieval. Its security features protect your digital archives from unauthorized access. The user-friendly design emulates paper filing structures with customizable folders and index fields. Quick Fields is a technology infrastructure-friendly solution designed for rapid deployment, smooth integration and departmental to enterprise scalability.

Features include image-quality improvement tools, automatic zoom, page reorder and removal in a pre-send review screen. Add-on modules for Laserfiche Quick Fields include forms processing and image annotation tools.

Ascent Capture

Ascent Capture is the turnkey, modular centerpiece of the Ascent product suite. Used with additional modules, Ascent Capture can meet the complex requirements of a high-volume enterprise. Its open architecture allows easy extension to handle complex, high-volume forms processing and remote office capture. Ascent is compatible with all industry-leading scanners and capture devices, as well as content and document management systems, workflow applications and databases.

Ascent Capture delivers powerful, fast and flexible production-level document and data capture – from scanning and indexing. It can extract hand-printed words, machine-printed text bar codes and checked boxes. Indexing capability extends from paper to electronic, multimedia and XML feeds from other systems.

PaperFlow

PaperFlow is Digitech’s high-volume paper scanning software. The desktop application integrates with hundreds of scanners from single user and production-level capabilities. This application is ideal for high-performance, low-training needs offering a user-friendly interface, document indexing, process-flow automation,image clean-up and easy installation. The PaperFlow Index Manager is customizable for barcode, machine print and handwriting recognition.

PaperFlow offers export, FTP transfer, optical character recognition (OCR) and scheduled image processing. It is a basic yet powerful scanning solution.
