WEBXTENDER

WebXtender provides easy Web access to ApplicationXtender anytime, anywhere, inside and outside of the organization, as you authorize it. It eliminates the need to install client software on every corporate workstation, while enabling collaboration with remote employees or business partners such as in an e-marketplace. E-commerce activities, such as electronic bill presentment or electronic cataloging, are also enabled.

WebXtender leverages existing Web infrastructure standards and can be used with commercially available browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. WebXtender also features configurable ASP pages that can be customized to integrate into your existing Web presence.

You acquire a full range of display and processing functionality, such as wildcard and range searches, annotations, redaction and thumbnails. Remote users can also actively participate in collaborations and management of critical business information.

WebXtender incorporates ApplicationXtender's extensive security model. Authenticated users are granted all application and document level privileges through WebXtender that they would have through ApplicationXtender.
